# First-20 draft publication authorization

The user requested adding this batch to the existing Pages site for review.

This authorizes an additive public review of the frozen first 20 drafts in the
existing `openai-film-fieldnotes-100` Cloudflare Pages project. The destination
is `/videos/editing/benchmark/library/`, with a link from the existing benchmark.
Existing benchmark content, sections and downloads must be preserved.

This does not accept the source-fidelity findings, approve scaling, award any
completed-example credit, authorize a replacement host, or authorize an all-hands
presentation. The new pages must state that the entries remain drafts and that
the completed count is zero. Local diagnostic metadata is redacted only in
identified public derivatives; reviewed movies, code, inputs and assets remain
unchanged. Publication acceptance requires preservation, privacy, download,
retrieval, playback and mobile checks against the deployed release.
